01. INTRODUCTION
This Privacy Policy explains how BoxFort Media LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information about you when you use the Standard Freight Corp. mobile application and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
02. INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE
We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Service to you.
- Personal Data: While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you, such as your email address (if provided for support) and device identifiers.
- Usage & Game Data: We collect data related to your in-game progress, including corporation name, fleet statistics, and route history. This is stored locally and may be synced via your device's native cloud storage (e.g., iCloud).
- AI Generation Data: Narrative content and corporate posters are generated using third-party AI services (Anthropic, Google Gemini). We do not send your personal identification to these services; only game-state parameters required for content generation.
03. THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS
We employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service, provide the Service on our behalf, or perform Service-related functions. These third parties have access to your data only to perform these tasks on our behalf.
- AdMob (Google): We use AdMob to display rewarded advertisements. Google may use device identifiers (IDFA/AAID) to serve personalized ads.
- RevenueCat: We use RevenueCat to manage In-App Purchases and subscription entitlements (e.g., Executive Account, Founder's Pack).
- OneSignal: We use OneSignal to send push notifications regarding game events and status updates.
- Analytics: We may use anonymous analytics to monitor and analyze the use of our Service to improve gameplay balance.
04. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Standard Freight Corp. does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us so that we can take necessary actions.
05. DATA RETENTION & DELETION
We retain your game data for as long as necessary to provide the Service. You can delete your local game data at any time via the "Reset Save" option in the game settings. For requests regarding data stored by our third-party partners (RevenueCat, OneSignal), please contact our support team.

The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data.
